Highest paying ringtone offer?

Which network has the highest paying ringtone offer? I've seen some high payouts on PrimaryAds, everybody else seems to have lowered to around $10. Trying to find a $15 payout offer with a broad range of carriers and preferably if the landing page says "complimentary ringtones" instead of "bonus". Seems most are changing to bonus.

Why? The 15$ ones blow compared to the lower payout ones.

Don't chase the higher payout

Shitcell has a 15$ one if you are looking... copeac has it and so does neverblue
 
Affspy isn't online yet, they're only offering VIP access and I've already signed up but, not heard from them.

As for payout, I'm targetting a particular group of people and most will probably have been pre-sold. If I have any problems with conversions I'll split-test.

I'm glad to see that people here realize payout is ultimately an arbitrary number. EPC rules all. All ringtone advertisers could pay you 20$ if they are scrubbing. That said, I recommend testing a lot of them.

Also, a quick comment on your usage of the word "complimentary" vs. "bonus"... FTC section 5 claims that complimentary is actually synonymous with "Free", which is obviously a big violation of carrier guidelines as well as MMA guidelines. However, you can use it with adequate disclosures. The main disclosure of concern would be the price point, which should be displayed clearly.
 
Everything depends how much volume you and the quality of the traffic. If you do high volume you can get a network to work on small margin and an advertise to pay a network a different payout specifically for your traffic.

all depends...
i was killing $1000 day w/ flycell 17.50/lead then it stopped working
and it seems now i oly can get ringtones.net working @ 10.50/lead
but i will try again to see which one converts

test both there are always different variables per person
