Hiring Adwords Specialists in Seattle?

I was browsing Monster.com and came across this interesting job post for an AdWords Specialists in Seattle. It doesn't say much about the company but looks legit.

Most SEM team people don't make more than $60k a year. Same goes for the grunts doing the SEO work too for these consulting/service firms in the SEO/SEM industry. Kinda sad really. But the part that's even worse is when you see how much some of these guys charge their clients.

SEO Inc. charges between $8,000-$260,000 PER MONTH... and they sub out most of their linking and grunt seo work to India for like $500 a month total. Insane really. I think the really funny part is that any BH can kick their ass in the search engines in a week or less for almost nothing more than the cost of some domains, haha.
