I've been looking for a full-time developer for months:

I'm willing to pay between $50k and $100k depending on experience- I want to find a real guru as I'm sick of dealing with lazy outsourced freelancers who eventually screw me over. I want to find a long-term TEAM MEMBER who is motivated to take us to the next level, and for that I'm willing to compensate very well.

Serious inquiries only. Not looking for someone starting out or copying/pasting code, but instead a real professional with senior/project-manager level capabilities.

Out of context, but what would it take you to start looking and considering a designer to work on your sites who is also willing to push the brand?
 
Will pass this around to some people I know. This looks like a great opp for the right candidate. Surprised you've had trouble staffing it.
