Have you had any luck on here? Just curious, I've hired a couple full-time local dev's using craigslist and it has worked out pretty well. I felt more comfortable bringing someone into our industry rather than running the risk of them scheming their own campaigns right out the gate. Had my attorney draft up a killer NDA/NC though.
