we have an option to perform depth analysis about your homepage + deeplinks backlink profile history, however if you can send us your GWT " latest links " CSV file, that would be more easy for us.

If you already received manual penalty or unnatural link warning then you must submit reconsideration request + fresh disavow file.

do you include removed links, 404s, etc?

how do you determine which links are disavow worthy?

how do you determine which links are good?

how do you write the reconsideration requests when you don't have a history of what has been previously done, no access to WMT, and no working knowledge of the site in general?

We use following link metrics to analyze & export link profile history Google GWT ( if Access avails), Moz, Ahrefs, Majesticseo, Semrush, Blekko, Seokicks, Seoprofiler,Copyscape, Waybackmachine, Succuri, Mxtoolbox and cognitiveseo for import whole link datas and split link metrics one by one for depth analysis purpose.

It explains where you get the data from, not how you determine which links are bad. You also mentioned "anchor text, domain authority etc" but none of those metrics alone can determine the links disavow worthiness. I've re-read your FAQ and sales page and I see little information on how you analyze and determine which links are disavow worthy. Personally before I move forward with a service like this, it is something I need to know.

For instance, a blog comment manually written and manually approved on a high authority blog is much different than a blog comment on an auto approve blog with 1000's of other links. Same goes with a blog post. There are blog posts with links on high authority blogs and then there are blog posts on networks like SAPE and other public blog networks that have been poisoned.

I understand the scenarios of when one might qualify to submit a reconsideration request, I just want to know how you feel that you are qualified to do so when you are not part of the sites history. This service is in the same space as very WHITE hat offerings, so it is very important to know this.

Most reconsideration requests are rejected for not being thorough, most of the time because the webmaster did not take the time or effort to remove links (which is what Google is really looking for).

For example, I submitted a reconsideration request last week for a site that had 2 manual actions, and it was the 3rd reconsideration request sent via 2 different agencies. In addition there were a number of other issues such as 404's that Google wanted to be rectified before the manual action was lifted.

If you remove ALL of my low-quality links using the standard metrics, won't I just be left with high quality links, which will create some kind of imbalance where I'll still fail Penguin filters?

What was the conclusion as I would like to know?
 
the onyl way to say if the service works is:
take site with manual action
submit his links [and make sure he wont just give u 100% links]
see if that too kof penalty [takes over a week]

other than that, theres no way to proovethi works or not. of course even then it may mean he submitted too many, but at least would be some proof it works
