These are contempory homes built 2005, designed by award winning architect, extremely comfortable Winter & Summer.

Beautiful Alno kitchens, granite worktops. Natural oak flooring throughout, modern chunky oak furniture. Open plan living/dining area. Wood burning stoves. Underfloor gas heating downstairs and a gas stove.

Golf nearby, boating at Portnablagh Pier,Marble Hill Strand nearby is a Blue Flag Beach. Scenic Drives include a visit to World famous Glenveigh National Park. From there you can drive past Errigal
Mountain - a favourite for climbers. From Errigal you can drive to Dunlewey Lakes.

A trip around Horn Head is another scenic drive-simply drive through Dunfanaghy and follow the sign for Horn Head. The rugged scenery in this part of Donegal has to be seen to be believed.

Okay sales text over. If anyone is truly interested in any of these give me a shout via PM! And I can give more details about pricing and payment etc. or email me: matthew.stronge@gmail.com

Give some more info

Hey Fuzzo,

Really beautiful holiday homes you have there!!. I'm Irish myself living abroad on mainland Europe and I can really appreciate a beautiful place like you have.
I would advise you putting some more information or even setting up a couple of pages online with more detailed info also about the surrounding area including attractions, activities, historical wealth etc etc. I shouldn't think you would have a problem selling your premises. You should even try the American market. Get some adwords together aimed at the American/Canadian market and you should see a lot of interest pouring in.

Wish you all the best success

regards

Nice homes.

Ireland is really a booming place believe it or not. There are tons of high tech people there and they just voted against the EU treaty! Go Ireland!

I've been away for 18 years now and I have heard that there is a huge recession a coming for the people of Irreland, the Celtic Tiger is biting back!
Can you tell me what the EU treaty was about? nobody seems to be able to tell me what it was all about.
