I didn't get your point? Anyway, I'm 46. We did a lot of stupid crazy things when I was a teenager there. Teenagers everywhere are crazy of course - too much hormones. But in Russia not valuing anybodies or your own life is a common thing.
Those look like the same apartment buildings kids in Russia were jumping off of into huge piles of snow. I'm sure it's real.
I don't even think that's a bungee cord. I've heard of people using ropes for this sort of thing. It's confusingly called "rope jumping" or "controlled free falling".

The man in this video, Dan Osman, popularized rope jumping. Sadly enough, he died from an accident doing the same thing as the kids in the OP. I'm sure there are videos of Osman doing that, but I thought I'd post a favorite video of his showing how crazy awesome he was.

I spent a month partying in Odessa, Ukraine a few years ago... there was this giant old concrete pier that jetted out into the black sea near the main beach, and all the local kids were climbing up it and diving off (it was probably about 25 feet tall). Me and my buddy decided to give it a try... it was sketchy as fuck climbing up the side as the pier hadn't been operational in ages and the concrete was literally crumbling, but eventually we got to the top and my buddy was itching to dive off. I used to be a lifeguard, I told my friend I was jumping feet first the first time, and I suggested he do the same thing! That decision likely kept me out of a wheel chair for life, I hit the bottom so fucking hard it wasn't funny, luckily it was sandy or I would have definitely fucking myself up - these kids were diving into like 4 or 5 feet of water, it was crazy! A couple days later I mentioned the experience to a local girl and she told me kids die jumping off it on a daily basis lol <--- Russian kids r insane!
