I generate a lot of real estate leads, primarily for home sellers (about 1,500 leads per week to be exact). Many of these people are motivated and will sell their property at a discount.

I am looking for someone to partner with who can use this data and monetize it.

Jump on the biggerpockets forum. You can sell the leads to investors. Essentially you are a 'bird dog'. You should be able to make some decent money if you have good leads.

What is the geographic disbursement? All US? Is there a demographic or value range or do the leads cover the gamut of values, condition, etc?

Some of those answers may help narrow down who to target.

What are you looking to get per lead or for the full list?

I may have a few ideas for you to either monetize through sale or there are other ways to handle it. I have several nationwide Real Estate contacts. It also depends on what you have.

The problem with Bigger Pockets is it is filled with very few "semi-players" who themselves are very limited geographically and dare I say it, mentally with regard to expansion or handling anything outside their immediate comfort zone.
