I'm researching some PPC stuff but I'm in Australia. Therefore the sponsored links I see in the SEs are all Australian sites.

How do I get around this? I don't want to have to use a proxy just to scout the competition before I start a campaign.

Is there software that can show me what is being advertised according to location?

There's actually a post here somewhere about how to get Google to stop assuming you want country relevant information, and set it to just go. I forget the thread, but if you search for it, it'll show up, I'm sure

On another tack, you might also want to check out affiliateforum.com.au
Not as useful as Wicked Fire on a technical level, but good to know there are other people doing the same thing, and you might even be able to meet up with a few and bounce ideas over a VB/Tooheys/XXXX/Cascade/Coopers

ggogle.com/ncr
I reckon that is the one you mean. I use that all the time for organic stuff but unfortunately the sponsored links are still geo based.
