Just wanted to give people a heads up. Oh and it isn't just their website, my sites hosted with them are down, I'm guessing everything is offline

Just caught wind of this. Looks like it is network wide. I have a client in seohosting.com and his sites are up but the hostgator and seohosting sites are down. They had a scheduled maintinance for the 13th.

I don't understand why some many people still use Host Gator, They are the biggest POS hosting company ever, I have two AM friends that use them and complain 24/7, well FUCKING CHANGE HOSTING COMPANY'S ALREADY..

I use a $50/mo Virtual Server with Media Temple and could not be happier.

There is no way I'm losing money over something like hosting downtime, and you shouldn't either.

Yes, it was the Planet that was down... only for a few minutes it seems and the first outage I've noticed since the electrical vault explosion a year ago.

Seems fine now.
