I have found a page where someone is redirecting to a coded link. it is like this

I understand that the ending part is for tracking. But what are some possible methods for decoding this mess? Any help would really be appreciated.
 


Uhhh. How is it coded? What are they using to encode it? Without that you are going to get nowhere fast. I don't think there are any magicians here. Maybe that Wizard from the Alltel commercials can help us?

Ok, I didn't know that there are many ways it could be encoded. I figured there was a pretty standard way that it was likely encoded.
