It's 2AM right now. I got finals to study for, and I'm a senior business undergrad. The older I've gotten, the more I've realized that GPA or majors don't matter; 30 years down the road, it won't matter what any of my transcripts say. Then you throw in how many of us are doing well off (often w/o college degrees) via internet marketing.

How do you stay motivated & on task during crunch time? Too many distractions (videogames, grindin online, sports) and less motivation to learn about Indian GDP fluctuations and the 4 P's of marketing. Did you say screw it and drop school/never attend? If not, how'd you keep your head on straight?

in the same boat..really close to saying fuk it. made 6 figs without college...wouldn't make nearly the same with some demanding job comin out

I used to try to make my grades work out where my grade on the final determines what I make in the course. But now I'm spending more time grading finals than studying for my own.

Go find a place outside and hang there for a while. Watch the people walking around, and remind yourself what you are doing there.

I don't know man but these feels something get interminable so right now I'm just smoking weed and watching Rounders. The old dude said "We can't run from who we are. Our destiny chooses us.".

You need to set goals for yourself and when you are trying to achieve those goals it will become vitally important. Also train your mind to avoid all the distractions by determining the most important tasks you need to do and just scrap the rest..
Just focus on the things that matter most.

^this. get pissed off about getting the highest score while your friends are seeing how many replies they got on WF.

I dropped out last semester. I don't regret it at all. I do have to say, if you do drop out, you will be looked down upon by a lot of people (parents, friends, random people you meet, and girls you try to hook up with.) The only solution is to prove them wrong about society's thought on college degrees.

GPAs and majors do matter if you want to work for someone else.
Print what you need and bring your shit to the library and do work.

Masturbate. . . but only mentally as real masturbation would waste valuable time.

Now get the fuck back to work.

Experiment with different nootropics, I've been taking provigil and adrafinil lately and seen a 1000% increase in productivity

really? I got 200mg of modafinil (provigil) and it doesn't increase productivity at all. Like, sometimes, I take it and go for a nap lol.

However, eating clean, taking vitamins like calcium, magnesium, B vitamins, D3, folic acid etc and amino acid really helped my focus.

I got finals week right now and I'm not worrying much. I'm on track for Bs and Cs without much work. The trick is to front load all your work early in the semester when you have motivation which allows you to slack in the end lol.

I used to get a 3.9 but realized the work to go from 3.0 to 3.9 is not worth it. Esp if you don't want to have a j-o-b after college.

Think about it, college trains you on how to be a good sheep and follow complex directions. I'm only here to party and eat some pussy.
