How do I create a 'Porn'-Like Site?

I am looking to create a website like xnxx.com (without adult content). I am looking to have categories to choose from, and then when you click a category the results show up as they would on a porn site. With little thumbnails of the content that relates to that category.

What I Know:

I know that this is going to be a MySQL Database job

What I Need To Know:

How do I get started as far as creating the website before I start loading data into the mysql database?
