How do I make this happen for all my sites?

My main site without fail gets its new posts indexed in about 2 minutes.

For example, my last post I posted about 5-6 minutes ago is already indexed:

The thing is, I have no idea why big G has blessed me with this. I want to be able to do this for all my sites so that I can break news and rank for it asap!

It's just a wordpress blog, nothing amazing in terms of backlinks or trust or ever traffic. It's PR3 with about 500 uniques a day.
 


Are you automatically pining Google's blog search or other blog sites on that site when new posts are made?
