How do you get around not bidding on trademarked terms?

Sometimes this is the only converting traffic for me. Many companies will not ley you bid on their name ( columbia house, blockbuster, etc. ).

Can you get around this by possibly using a review page about the product, ask for their email and then send them your link?

Trying to brainstorm and need help.

Really this depends on the TOS of the affiliate program. If X company is paying you for sales and leads and X company says you can't bid on their trademarks, or competitors, etc, you can't -- unless they tell you otherwise. Sure you could try to sneak through with email but if they find out then they don't have to pay you and theres nothing you can do about it.
