How Do You Like To Take A Break From The Computer?

Hi Guys

I work on the computer for 20 minutes fully focused, then I can take a 7 minute break to do what I like. It's good to get off the computer to rest your eyes, so I like to either:

- Go to the kitchen and make a cup of tea.

- Have a quick walk around the garden.

What do you like to do on your break?

That's a awful short period of time to do anything and still be productive IMO. I try to work in solid 2 hour blocks of time. I usually find my mind slows at the 2 hour mark, so I go make a meal, a cup of coffee, or clean dishes, talk to someone for like 30 minutes. This is a good natural pattern that works for me. Sometimes I'll smack the monkey but I usually feel groggy after that.

If you were to look at his track record of all the posts he's "disliked" over the months, you wouldn't be able to tell anything about his tastes or preferences.
