So I have a FB campaign, made 3 ads using the same tracking url that was generated by prosper202. How do I track each individual ad so I can split test see which performs better? I'm guessing it has something to do with sub ids?

A couple of options:
1. Create a separate ad within prosper for each of your FB ads. With FB, however, you will probably have a ton of ads, so this can get cumbersome.
2. Since you are not bidding on keywords in FB, you can use the KW variable. At the end of your ad links, put whatever you want after &t202kw=, e.g. ad1, ad2, ad3 for each ad.

Alternatively, you can pass this info via the C1 - C4 variables.

Right here ^^

Make sure the keyword is detailed too, E.G.:

Men(25-30, Lonely) 1
Men(25-30, Lonely) 2
Men(25-30, Lonely) 3
Etc..

This way when you start making a ton of ad's you can tell at a glance which ad is working and which isnt.

Hi all. This is just what I looking for...

I am a bit confused as to how it all works so please excuse me if I sound like a douche bag trying to explain my question. I would very much appreciate feedback as to whether or not I am on the right track...

The way I see it is that I take my aff url (or whatever url i am linking to) and adding ?subid=[[subid]]

So on the Aff Campaigns Tab (#3) I end up with an affiliate url of...

http://wwww.xxx.com/xyz?subid=[[subid]]

Unless the network requires some other extension in which case i should call my AM.

Then I go over to my traffic source and for each ad I change up the subid...

v1 - http://wwww.xxx.com/...t202id=213&t202kw=[[zz1]]
v2 - http://wwww.xxx.com/...t202id=213&t202kw=[[zz2]]

So this works for non search related stuff... what if I want to use adwords (which I do for a clients campaign) ?

Also, I think this is where I get most confused...

I guess in excel or somewhere I keep record of the demographics I chose for that ad and how it corresponds to the code....

so... zz1=men(25-50)lonely.... zz2=men(30-45)horny ... with the last word identifying the positioning I tested.

Or... do I record men(25-50)lonely etc. in the c1 to c4 variables in tracking202? and is there a certain format to do so?

Thanks all, I hope that makes sense!

Hey guys... I tried to post earlier but it isnt showing, in case it pops up I apologize.

I am a bit stuck on a few things..

1. How do I set these links up if I want to use adwords and the content network?
2. Also where would I record Men(25-30, Lonely) (in the c1-c4 variables in tracking 202 - or just in a spreadsheet to keep track of what I was going for.
