I'm interested in getting my own sim cards and not hiring others to do the pva, anyone know how this is done and if it costs me money to get the sim cards?
do i order via mail, online, is there contract i have to sign, do i have to return them?

any info is appreciated

if it costs me money to get the sim cards?

No, they don't cost money, they just appear out of thin air, and that is why most cellular stores selling them for $20/pop.

I have no answers for you, but I do know old buddies of mine used to steal them from the cell phone stores they worked and sell them for crazy money.

if they are selling 20/pop why are so many selling the pva for 1-2 dollars

i doubt that, i bet there are ways of getting either for free or cheaper than the price they selling for, and i doubt they are shoplifting!

well for example in china, you can buy sim cards as long as you load at least 10 yuan. which is us$1.5. phone stores get sim cards wholesale from telecom firms so probably the wholesale price is well below a dollar? who knows...
ps- chinese simcards work to verify on facebook.

I'm on Facebook right now and I"m looking for the slot to insert my SIM card, but I can't find it.

Is it under "profile" or something? Do I have to remove the Facebook battery first? Please advise.

Alot of the UK sites give away free sims (hxxp://freesim.orange.co.uk/register/) All legit, i use to order loads from each of the providers but i'm not sure if the U.S do the same?
