just a newb ...
so i got a new site last month and built up a couple pages and ordered a couple links from here , nothing spammy to it and found a couple places to post that a competitor had link to. Then all of a sudden i am getting a bunch of links to the site with my 2 url and some garbage content.

Those could be the links you ordered from here. A BST saying "HIGH QUALITY PREMIUM LINKS" doesn't necessarily mean you aren't going to get spammy horseshit links. It's hard to say without knowing exactly what you ordered, maybe talk to the people who sold you the links and see if that's their doing or if it's coming from somewhere else.

The new site that's not really on the radar For any competitor . Do some sites scrape content , Keep the links in and duplicate the content and link ?
That probably sounds unlikely .
