Say SWIM(Someone Who Isn't Me) were to buy a bunch of $6 VCCs on DP and use them to make a bunch of Adwords accounts with the $50 voucher. Then SWIM would make really high bids on competitive keywords from multiple accounts, get multiple ads showing for the same keyword, and dominate a niche a la Ringtones Bandit. It would be easy for SWIM to make at least $20-$30 from each $50 AdWords account(that cost $6). Then SWIM can just scale,scale scale, getting $50 of advertising from each $6 investment.

Assuming proper use of proxies, would SWIM get caught? Google would mind, but would the aff. networks mind?

Say SWIM does get caught. How much trouble would SWIM be in? Would SWIM get a slap on the wrist/ban from AdWords, or would SWIM go to federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison?

Seems unlikely to scale. Google would figure something out quickly to stop this. Haven't they already created an obstacle for this by doing manual risk reviews on new accounts?

The only thing that comes to mind they could go after you for criminally would be fraud.
 
How could you possibly go to prison for violating a TOS agreement? Use your head.

Adwords has precautions against this, and as above it wouldn't be likely to scale, and even if it did, wtf? Suck it up and be legitimate.
 
If you can't make cash without vouchers you'll most likely find a way to lose money while using the vouchers too :P
 
this is a lame idea. Google would catch you in no time. why not use your brain and come up with something worth trying that won't get your ass busted?
