So I would like to learn how to create something like this:

The official payday loans site - Get cash instantly.

Like you have the switch or something and it changes values "live"

Due to my poor English I don't know even how to call it so could not do any research as I don't know what to look for.

I will appreciate if someone can name it. I just guess it has something to do with AJAX?

If someone posts some useful tutorial I would be delighted.

this is somewhere to start at least: jQuery UI - Slider Demos & Documentation

It's tricky because it's a slider, but most people call those image rotating plugins "sliders" so it's hard to be specific enough.
