Hi,

I have now had 200 hops (clicks) on my Clickbank account (health and fitness category) but I have had no sales (I am promoting 5 different health products on my site).

Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?
How many sales can you expect out of 200 hops?

Check out the Hops Report at MakeMonie's Blog: click here to read the report.

It'll give you a basic understanding of how many sales you should get for 200 hops. It actually has a Hops Calculator, where you enter the name of the Clickbank product, how many hops you are getting, and it spits out a 98% accurate number of sales you should be getting per hop.

It totally depends on the niche, the product, your traffic source and how you're sending the visitors to the page. I've done a lot of testing with Clickbank products from lots of different niches, and I've found that nothing converts as well as a review style landing which critiques multiple products. The great thing about this is that you can and should truthfully tear the products apart and sound really objective, allowing you to sell your top recommended product even better. You can use your affiliate link for all the products (even the ones you rated poorly), so there's no risk in being too harsh.

Remember to give a lot of praise to the two top products and strongly endorse at least one of them, the aim here after all is to make a sale. You should determine the quality of your top rated products by either sampling them yourself, or going with how popular and how well they convert according to the clickbank marketplace stats.

Remember to test different products, don't expect everything you try to work out. With CPS offers and in particular Clickbank products you need to know how to create the right kind of presell environment, and the right traffic source is also key. If you're doing PPC be more selective with your keywords and remember to keep testing different products and different landing pages. All because you gave a five star rating for a product don't expect people to buy - sometimes it's better to damn the product before highlighting its very good features which you would argue redeem the quality of the product as a whole.

Remember, Keep testing, keep fucking testing!

what is the best way to find out which clickbank item to promote? I myself have just started PPC. But the marketplace is filled with the same shit. How the hell is one supposed to figure out what is best to promote. I mean isnt the clickbank marketplace pretty much saturated all to hell?
