How many people did Matt Jackson from VitalPay rip off?

Matt Jackson from VitalPay used a confidence scam with his elaborate contact database, and knowledge of the merchant business. He took a $10k / month retainer fee and delivered only fake promises. We never were delivered a mid, or any introduction to bank directors. I have heard since then his Symmetric Systems is somehow just a reseller of someone else's services. Is he really a true digital cowboy conman?

I'm curious who else he got.
 


Never heard of VitalPay before, but according to Google they have Microsoft as a partner. That's pretty fucking impressive.
 
I don't think Matt's a scam as I promoted a number of his vendors offers. Never heard of him charging anyone 10k though. Strange.
