How many times to do log in WF a day?

As most of you probably do, I work in front of my mac fro many hrs a day, and I refresh WF various times a day(I think around 20ish), and every time I need to re-login...

Am I the only dumb here that didn't find that easy solution, am I the only psycho here that check "new posts" many times a day, or I am feeling we somehow need some sort of new posts feed...
