Hey guys,
so I have a few clients that I've been helping in terms of online marketing (mainly SEO/SMM/UX) but I've never had any experience with setting up & managing an Affiliate Program from scratch for a client.
I have this client that sells a product that mommy bloggers seem to be loving. I told them that their product would be ideal for affiliate marketing. All these mom bloggers would gladly promote their products for them if they could get commissions for their referrals (I mean, the product is so great that some of these moms are already doing it for free!)... their next question to me was: sure it sounds great, but how do we get started? That's when I said I'd have to research the market and get back to them later. (politically-correct answer for: I have no fucking clue how to get started lol)
How should I charge for this? Monthly fee or per sale? What software to use? (Their product costs $30-$70 and is shipped within 3 days anywhere in the US/Canada. They use a custom-developed website and shopping cart)
