How much would you charge?

For a 6-8 page website for a deli? Something very simple in WP with each page being designated to a menu item such as Sandwiches, Salads, Soups and so on.

I am going to host the site on my own hosting and only charge for the domain fee.

For example should I charge a certain fee by page?

Only way you get your time valued in this world is by charging per hour and labeling yourself as a consultant, not just a freelancer.

The cost vary upon region(country). It would be better if done per hour basis. In India it varies as competition is high. You need to set an average price.
