How or where can I find quality affiliates?

If I were going to do it, I think gaining a good reputation here at WF would be the best start. I'm not trying to be funny, that's honestly what I would do if I were starting a new network, for a variety of reasons.
 
Once you have a product with which you are happy, Google "affiliate marketing sites", there'll be plenty of choice. Clickbank's a good one - depend whether your product is digital or not? Nonetheless you'll find something. Also try searching through the article sites as there's so much info there too; AFTER you've tried searching this forum, that is... ; )

check out the affiliate marketing forums. they have alot of affiliate marketers. i would get a professional design for your site first though, it doesn't look to good right now.
