It's a very big flash piece stuck at the top of their channel. Just scroll down a ways. Not a new technique, quite a few of these types of YT pages.
 
Pretty cool...there was that bear one a while back where you could say stuff to the bear and it would do things now that one was great lol

i was sitting here for the past couple hours thinking about how they did this...but then i saw the vids on the side werent clickable and scrolled down to realize that was the real yt site and that thing was just a big ass banner or whatever...shit is fucking sick anyway...now the wheels are turning on how to bank off some shit like that for cpa?

Wicked find! Never seen anything like this. Shame this wasnt inexpensive to replicate...my local clients would dig something like this. Not only could they stimulate their follows/likes, this would be a sweet way to grab some leads.
