You can use scrapebox backlink checker addon (If you have scrapebox)
- If you use this method you should also scrape all of your target website's internal pages before you run the addon

Ahrefs - This is probably my favorite even though it is really costly.... I've found that ahrefs has a more comprehensive and up to date database on backlinks than OSE
Good Luck mate, If you are still confused just search youtube, there are absolutely tons of videos about this.
I use the free Traffic Travis. I can see competitor backlinks, PR, Page Authority, edu/gov backlinks, dmoz listed, is the keywords in the title, desc etc
They use ahrefs.com API and show about 1000 links. The only issue with this tool is that they don't show results from unique domains. So if someone has a blogroll link on a site with hundreds of pages, you'll likely see all those URLs.
Still better than using the free version of ahrefs.com.
Another decent option is to register at opensiteexplorer.org.
