how to display text in php?

I've got a offer-name.php redirect file and I want to display text on the screen that says "if it doesn't go after 5 seconds, go back and try again" type thing...

What's the php code i need to do that?

php won't handle that ... it's all html

just do a meta refresh and drop a link on the page if the redirect doesn't happen
