If you could do that with domains that would be epic.
// For the record in some of the industries I do lead gen in, my competition has played dirty before by faking DMCA's to hosting companies and even namecheap the domain registrar.

You can do it with domains and godaddy. I bought a domain at auction and then 4-5 months passed, then I get an e-mail from godaddy saying I have 7 days to respond to legal action pending for a copyrighted term in a domain name I own - if I didn't respond then it'd be automatically pushed.

I just pushed it and then asked godaddy for a refund, that was a fucking nightmare but I eventually got my money back - although I daresay it was the fact that I threatened to pull all business away from their auctions department + move all domains away from them that did it.
