In Ireland you can buy a 'virtual visa voucher'
you can pick up a card in certain retailers and fill out some details online which can be perfectly fake.
Then you can 'top up' the card with cash in a shop. They give you a receipt with a temp visa credit card number. You use it like a normal credit card with your fake details for name and address.
Don't know if there's anything similar in your country.
