How to get google to revamp catch for old domain?

I have a domain I used to use for a failed project. I recently revamped it for a new project, it is indexed as well as all the new pages I created. However, google does not have the new description, tags, etc listed yet on the search results. It also still has the old pages indexed,but they don't exist anymore...


any help is appreciated. I've tried searching, but wasn't really sure what to look for.

They will update it eventually... just build backlinks, post your link on sites that get crawled quickly by Google (identi.ca) 301 your old pages, etc.
