How to Monetize a Trends Site?

I've got a trends site that gets a lot of traffic (ala naturale) but I'm fucked if I know how to monetize it because it has no single niche.

What sort of affiliate offers would you guys be pushing for such a site?

Is there any particular vertical that is a one size fits all kind of thing, other than Adsense?

I'd say mail submits/zip submits/mobile offers are pretty much one size fits all. You can also try those networks that syndicate ads in xml format - you could roll your own "adsense". Also, Amazon dynamic search units.
 
Thanks Zany, what do you mean by roll your own Adsense? Some sort of banner/ad rotation?

And by Amazon dynamic searches, do you mean to say that if a user found my site by searching for "egyptian history" that I could then parse that through Amazon to display egyptian history products?
 
Regarding amazon - yes. You can feed keywords as a parameter to one of their search widgets. If you're a bit more advanced, you can use their API to create an actual page based on their searches.

Regarding 'roll your own adwords' - there are advertising networks which will allow you to feed them a keywords, and they will return an xml feed of ads associated with these keywords. You can then take this feed and format it any way you like, so this could be a good dynamic element to integrate into your pages. Unfortunately I don't remember the names of any.
