How to Restart My Closed Thread? !!!!

I've had a Thread at "Sell, Buy & Trade Section" And I've noticed Most of the thread at "Sell, Buy & Trade Section" are closed. Now i wanna know how to Restart the thread. I've no Problem to pay the Wickedfire. I just need the full procedure to Restart my Closed thread!!!

I'll be pleased so if anyone help me to fix the issue.

You can't restart your thread you have to create a new thread every 10 days. These are the new rules.

You should pay the amount fixed by the forum moderator and your thread will be opened up
