How to See Ad Network's Campaigns when using non-US IP. Address?

All Ad networks I am using are US/CA located, therefore I am not able to see campaigns offered by networks! My IP. address is in Israel. When I go to campaigns to see how they look, I will be re-directed to a different international offer or it tells me 'offer not valid in your area'. I am lucky that my office is using a US IP. address in order to see campaigns offered by networks, but when I come home it's a pain in the ass when you need to set up new ppc campaigns & can't see campaigns!
Proxy? Any other suggestions?

I downloaded Surrogafier (http://bcable.net/download.php?surrogafier) and put it in a folder on my server. Works a treat! Fast too.

All I have to do now is go to mydomain.com/proxy and it loads up - I view all my affiliate stuff through that as I'm based in the UK.

If you don't want to download anything, and need something in a pinch, you can use a web proxy like SurfSneak.com - Browse Anonymously with Proxy for MySpace at School! but I wouldn't do anything confidential that way.

What they can do is see the Geographic IP address... then match that to a countries assigned IP's they have some cleaver way of doing that esp google...

I just use hidemyass.com, but any ol' proxy site will do the trick.
