How to set AdWords budget for online fashion store?

Hi,

I'm trying to set up this online fashion store and right now I need to set a reasonable AdWords budget.

A guy I know uses about $7000 / month on his online marketing but it's not just PPC but also ad space at popular websites within his niche.

Other than that I have no idea where to start. Thoughts?

Seriusly we dont have enough information. What market? USA? Nationwide?

If you plan on spending over $3000 a month or so I think you should hire a pro. Ad Agencies typically charge about $500 to 600 first month to setup and then 15% of the spend a month.

They will probably save you more than 15% or get you 15% more traffic. Or both.

I agree....but if you wish to go at it alone via a trial and error experiment......budget what you can afford to lose....and learn and tweak as you go....
