First off, my apologies if this has been covered before, but my search didn't reveal much.
I'm going to build a website that has reviews both by me and by users of a certain type of service provider. I would like it to be easy for users to add reviews, and even more important, easy for users of my site to see the data that they need. The concept is like epinions.com, but for a specific niche, and services instead of products.
What kind of tools should I use to get this done? I might hire out some work, and I might do some myself. I'm a coding semi-noob, but I'm a quick learner.
