If you don't mind me asking, I noticed your location says Malaysia. Are you trying to make a corporate entity (LLC) in your country or the US? Does your country have LLCs? Is there a reason you need to have one, if you are in Malaysia?
But yes, LegalZoom is great. However, it's not really difficult incorporating with a state. You usually file a couple forms, pay a couple fees, and BAM, you've got a new corporate entity. It's cheaper than paying a 3rd party, but if you're worried you'd do it wrong, using a 3rd party, like LegalZoom, won't hurt.

alright thanks , So if I'm from Malaysia I can still use Legal Zoom right ? I basically just need a company name
LegalZoom is okay but not good for long term. But if it's the only thing you can afford, then yeah, an LLC is better than none.
