Ok. So my big issue here is I need a at least moderately easy way to track this campaign. The issue is that the site as a whole features about 6 different niches within the main base niche. Each will have seperate keywords and landing pages, but there is a chance of cross-over into the other ones(someone starts at subnicheA, but clicks over to subnicheB and signs up).
This, plus the fact there may at least be SOME traffic from SEO going to the site means tracking the PPC campaigns is going to be absolute hell.

Oh yeah, and it has to use 3-4 affiliate networks, so it's goign to be even more obnoxious.

Does anyone have a solution on how to track this shit? There will be too many keywords/ads for tracking202 or anything.

It doesn't have to be easy, but I don't have time to write my entire own tracking system before I want this to launch.
Ghetto rigs are acceptable. I'm kinda in a bind here.

Tracking cookies would be your best bet.

If you don't want to pay, GA is your best bet. If you don't mind paying a few bucks, check out Omniture. They're the best in the industry.

You'll be able to track so much your eyes will bleed. Let me know if you need any help with specifics.

And if you do decide to go the GA route, just use JS tags on your links and it will be super simple to track.

This how I do it. I give each page an Id. Say the main page is m, and the about page is a, maybe the news page or something would n. So each page passes its Id as well as the keyword. So say they hit the main page, the sub would be M-Keyword, then if they went to the news page the sub would become M-N-Keyword, that way you can tell exactly what page they clicked from and their route to get there.

Interesting way of doing it.
If you were talking about the subid:
Keep in mind that many of the subids/sids/tids have upper limits (6-10). There is a slight chance that you may go over the limit.
Then again, if your visitors start browsing through your site, instead of clicking where they are supposed to, you need to take a hard look at your landing page effectiveness ;)
