I was looking at setting up a simple incentives site where people would sign up for a few offers, fill out a few surveys, etc. and in turn get a prize (like an iPod or something). I was wondering how I would track these leads to see if a single person actually did sign up for all of them? Is there a way to somehow put some code on my site, so that when they click let's say a link to an email submit and they submit their email, that email address would then be sent back to me (and then I'd be able to compile a list and ensure that each person actually did complete all of the required offers)?
