how to verify backlinks that were created for me?

Hey Guys,

How do you verify a list of URLs that someone created for you?

For example I just purchased a backlink service and I have the lists of profile URLs, Blogs, etc. But how do I make sure that they are all there and working (without going through 50,000 urls manually!)?
