Getting the domain hidden is easy. Getting paid without it being attached to you is easy enough too.
Preventing the RIAA from cutting off your funding is a little more difficult, but this method is a rinse-and-repeat thing which means even if your host or affiliate network gets served, you can just start again the next day, and be just as anonymous as before.
1) Get a pre-paid credit card. VISA sell them. Locally, i get mine from 7-11s via the Prepaid Visa Card - ANZ Prepaid Shop program
2) Go to a web cafe for registering everything, and uploading to a website. Don't want an IP directly traceable to you. Pay the cafe in cash.
3) Use credit card to purchase a domain via Moniker, and pay that bit extra for some privacy protection
3a) If this is a fire-and-forget project, register fake details for the WHOIS shit.
3b) Maybe right down said fake details so you have them on hand if you need them.
4) Create account with an anonymous merchant account service. I like epassporte.
5) Get account with an affiliate program that can pay into that service
6) Affiliate Marketing time aka internetisseriousbusiness
7) Have epassporte send you one of their credit cards, and withdraw cash through it, or get them to send you a bank cheque. Sure, there are fees attached, but if you want to make this entirely untraceable, you'll need to pay a little.

I suppose domain registrant privacy services for each domain you own per IP.
Keep in mind that even if you cloak one domain registrant information set, I can still sniff enough data to find other domains on that IP range or similar registrar records.
