So I'm buying a little CPA inventory from a well-known banner network and here is a country breakdown with conversions for an offer we're Running.
ImpressionsClicksConversionsSoutheast Asia 1239794915139Turkey 3919910880Asia - Other318084960Eastern Europe 175112890Spain 175062650United States 17247831Africa - Other164197890Mexico 16180980Brazil 145122520Italy 135491370

Southeast Asia appears to be a REALLY profitable country to advertise in ;). Anyone see fraud this bad on international banner traffic often? The interesting thing is that these bastards actually realize that they're getting paid a rev-share based on a CPA so they're not only clicking on ads and refreshing for impressions but they're also converting the offer. They got all bases covered for all types of payment. Also the ad is in English.

Impressions/Lead for SEAsia: 891
Impressions/Lead for US Traffic: 17,247

wow that table didn't show at all... here it is again:

Country - Impressions - Clicks - Conversions
Southeast Asia - 123979 - 4915 - 139
Turkey - 39199 - 1088 - 0
Asia - Other - 31808 - 496 - 0
Eastern Europe - 17511 - 289 - 0
Spain - 17506 - 265 - 0
United States - 17247 - 83 - 1
Africa - Other - 16419 - 789 - 0
Mexico - 16180 - 98 - 0
Brazil - 14512 - 252 - 0
Italy - 13549 - 137 - 0
Saudi Arabia - 13467 - 175 - 2

Sorry I don't want to be rat, I think its probably like this on many networks so I don't wanna just blackball this one. I guess just beware if you're buying international traffic... especially stuff from SE Asia.

Does South East Asia include Australia and New Zealand?

Even with those two included it doesn't explain your stats

Looks like it includes Cambodia, East Timor, Brunei, Malaysia, Myanmar, Phillippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

I think we figured it out tho. We're pretty certain a Vietnamese porn site is incentivizing access by asking users to click and convert on ads. Thats why we're seeing the IP traffic and timestamps looking pretty normal.

Something to watch for I guess.
