HUD announces new rule to strengthen fair housing practices

I'm from Chicago. Born and raised, so I think my opinion is worth something.

Do you know which areas are skyrocketing in real estate value? Areas where white people are living.

Do you know which areas have the highest number of homicides in the world? A higher rate of death than for soldiers in Iraq? The black areas.

I'm not a genius, or a sociologist, or a economist, however, it doesn't take someone really smart to figure out that integrating the black areas with the white isn't a good idea.

Do you know what white flight was?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_flight

Whites left the city because they were scared of criminals. Not blacks. Or Mexicans. They were scared of criminals. The fact that blacks were more likely to be those criminals is beyond the point ... they were scared of getting robbed and murdered.

And now, because the whites are moving back in the city, and making it better, having it continuously grow .... You're going to implement laws that prevent these individuals from choosing who they live with?

You're going to choose individuals from the most dangerous demographic in the world, and integrate them into their society?

What happpened back when whites were leaving for the suburbs? Integrating whites into the city wasn't an issue then. But now that they're moving back ... suddenly it becomes relevant?

The irony of the racism within that logic itself is alarming.

Horrible idea. What's the point of working hard to live in a nice neighborhood if a bunch of parasites can move next door? People on the dole should not be living in nice areas. They should live in the worst possible areas. That might give them an incentive to stop being parasites.

See, the market principle, and its ability to find correct (as opposed to the politically flawed fair) price, is one of the strongest forces in the universe.

It is up there with energy conservation. It is, in fact, the reason energy is conserved, so you could say that conservation of energy is caused by the market principle. (market principle is a bullshit term coined by a bullshit "science" to make physical fact their own debatable entity, spawning their funny little sub-scientific discipline where you can do science without actually doing science)

It is, pretty much, an immovable object.

Every time governments decide to pretend to be unstoppable forces of fair, they break. All you guys dont need to be worried. Your markets wont be taken away from you, because nobody can feasibly do that. If obama wants to shatter against that fact, just let him try. It will be his downfall.

The black billionaire on shark tank is probably on shark tank because hes black and they wanted the show to be diverse, but he wouldnt be there if it wasnt for the fact that he had something to offer. If black people want to move into manhattan, they better get rich or hired by an investment bank. If they want to flood silicon valley with their presence, they have to get computer science (or real science) degrees first.
