When i signed up it said they would call me. This was nearly 2 weeks ago and Ive heard nothing from them neither via email or phone.
No other networks Im with have required this sort of thing, they just seem to be making things very difficult and have not even attempted to contact me about my application (which Ive put through 3 times in the past 6 months) which makes me question whether i want to work with them anyway.

It's no loss to hydramedia for not approving you. It takes less than 5 fukking minutes to call them and be on the network. You mean you can't spare 5 mins to call to get your account approved?
