like 2 years ago and its on parking and still a pr6

the site before was like some sort of news site in like france

so its been sitting on parking and i just noticed its high pr because i was tied up with other projects etc..

anyway..

i dont speak french or have any interest in making it a french site..

what ideas should i use to maintain the rating and help my other domains weez off its pr6 juice?

You could copy the archive.org site/content and advertise on it as one idea.

Expired is different then deleted/dropped. If it was deleted which happens about 90 days after expiration then your PR will be destroyed in the new PR update. However, you'll be safe it you acquired it in the expiration period (first 30 days).

i think i got it off tdnam sometime in early 08 or maybe even 07

it seriously though is for a pretty wacky country.

so i think going back to what it was isnt really possible

Yea! Sell side wide links for $150 a pop. per year Sell max!!! 20 tho!!! Or u will start losing PR value and the value to the customers will start to decline :(.

2 links for $250! GO!

Yes, the idea of selling links is probably the best one. But i dont think the PR will last for much longer

You could sell links or start a few niche sites and point some nice links to those to get some of that juice

sell it now when u can, you never know what's going to happen w/ pagerank, it may never update or go obsolete

Do a mix of what they're all saying.

Sell some site wide links, not to many like 4, at around $100+ a pop.

After about a month, sell it for 10x what it has brought you in that month. People here may want more than 1 month proof but I'm sure you could push it else where.

This part always gets me. So for example if I'm looking at a domain that says "this domain name is expired on 12/14/10 and is pending renewal or deletion" then I should get it? but if it's older than that don't mess with it?
