i cant get any impressions :( can anyone help

If you're only getting a couple hundred impressions, that's because you're bidding too fucking low bro. Facebook usually sends several thousand impressions before asserting a "value" on your ad. As bizkiller said, if you have a good enough CTR, your ad will keep running, if not, it will die after those initial couple thousand. In your case though, you're not even giving Facebook a chance to test your ad. Bid higher.
You just gotta work on getting a good ctr then the traffic will flood in.

i am running 3 ads and each ad has around 300-400 impressions and no clicks
