Basically, I've been involved with web development for a long time as more of a personal hobby, and so my portfolio lacks (I mostly design for myself, stuff here and there). I'm a member over at Sitepoint and I've known about this place for a while and I figured I'd post this over here (since its free and they charge at sitepoint now :/).
Anyway, basically, no-strings attached, I'll make you a design for a site or mabye a logo. Just shoot me a PM. However, I've got a few requirements:
1. I'd like to design for a project with a certain standard of quality, something I would want to assosciate my name with (content sites are the winners here). While I have nothing against arbitrage, I won't make you a design for that type of site. Also, no adult requests. I don't mind torrents sites (ex mininova, torrentspy) but I won't do anything too warez-ish.
2. If I do create a layout, don't bitch about it, its free, take it or leave it. Also don't whine about time. I'm going this on my free time (I'm a student and that eats enough of my life) and it will often take me up to 2 weeks to finish a request (though I hope less).
3. If your friends ask who designed your site, tell them I did
If you're still interested, PM me with a site name, description, url (I prefer existing sites but you can convince me otherwise to design for an upcoming project through reputation or amazing charismatic ability), some examples of sites you like, and any other pertinent information.
