Eh, that's just a rip off of the sites that have been around for a little bit, like ihateyoujulia.com (though I don't see a CPA offer there anymore... was someone incentivizing unincentivizable email submits?). BHW has a large thread about it, and someone is apparently selling the script to do the site. The most creative implementation shown there involved AmeteurMatch's affiliate program (I think), where the woman in the photos was the same woman (or looked similar to) the profile the affiliate chose to display on the signup jump page. The premise there was that "the bitch" was cheating on the guy, and he found out when someone pointed him to the site where she was trying to find guys to have sex with.
 
I tried searching for a thread about it here, but how the hell do you go about searching for it.
